Hired to grow admissions, website visits, and social media followers. Developed several integrated marketing communications plans for various programs and wrote press releases. Managed a part-time staff member. Successfully grew social media platforms and founded hashtag titled #MyOrcaPod. Worked as Communication Lead for ctcLink. PROBLEM: The college needed to increase admissions and gain awareness for new degrees.

RESEARCH:
Student surveys, staff and faculty town halls, and analysis of web and social data showed opportunities to redesign website with guided pathways focus, to add social covers to social media, and to post to social stories to increase engagement with students and the community.

SOLUTION:
Successfully negotiated website redesign under budget, implemented social media covers, and wrote integrated social media calendar with new equity, diversity, and inclusion focus for posting consistently to social media and social media stories and automated all social media efforts.

RESULT:
Saved college $10K during website redesign and increased social media followers by 30% per year.
